FAQ
Do kids need to be “good at art” to attend?
Not at all. These sessions are for every kid beginners included.
What should my child bring?
Just themselves! We provide supplies unless the event listing says otherwise. We do suggest to dress in clothes that you are ok getting messy while not all craft days will be messy we believe it is best to prepare.
Do I need to stay with my child at your craft classes?
We love when parents stay and participate especially while your child is getting comfortable in a new environment. Some events may offer a drop-off option, and if so, it will always be clearly listed in the event details. For your child’s first session, we strongly recommend staying so they can feel safe and supported as they settle in. For children 5 and under, we do ask that a parent or guardian stay and engage whenever possible, and request all children who come to the event are potty trained.
What if my child doesn’t want to participate right away?
Kids are always invited to participate, but we understand that some children like to observe before jumping in. That’s totally okay! We offer other ways to engage, and we always invite but never force participation. Our goal is for every child to feel comfortable and safe as they warm up.
What if my child struggles with attention or behavior?
That’s okay. We create a gentle structure and supportive environment. If you have concerns, reach out so we can help set your child up for success.
Can siblings attend?
Yes! Siblings are welcome, and we love when families create together. You can bring multiple children just keep in mind that any child who participates will need their own paid spot so we can have enough supplies prepared.
Will my child take something home?
Most events include a finished project or multiple creations to bring home.
How much does is cost?
Most kids classes are around $25 per child. We also offer multi-child discounts, and if finances are a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We never want cost to be the reason a child can’t participate, and we’ll do our best to work something out.
What if we miss a class or need to cancel?
Because supplies are purchased ahead of time, class purchases are non-refundable. That said, we understand that life happens. If you need to miss or cancel, please contact us by email or text as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to work something out.
How do I sign up?
Visit our Events page to see upcoming sessions and register.
Where are events held?
Our events are held at different locations, and we’re always looking to partner with new spaces in the community. If you know of a location that would be a great fit or you’d like to host us please reach out!
